While our yoga and mindfulness practices will be welcoming and adaptable to a range of experience levels, we recommend some yoga experience. Whether yoga is already part of your regular routine or this is your first retreat experience, you are welcome to join us.

No. Everything is an invitation. You are welcome to participate in as much or as little of the scheduled programming as feels right for you. Sleep in, take an afternoon to yourself, book a spa treatment, or simply relax. This is your retreat, too.

This is intentionally designed as an intimate group retreat. We have just 8 Private Queen rooms and 4 Shared King Suites available, with total attendance depending on how many guests choose double occupancy.

Absolutely! You do not need a travel companion to join us. Retreats offer a wonderful opportunity to travel independently while still having the comfort and connection of a community waiting for you. If you select a Shared King Suite, you may also have the opportunity to share accommodations with another retreat participant.

Yes! You can reserve separate private accommodations, share a king suite while each enjoying your own king bed, or choose a Private Queen Double Occupancy room if you are comfortable sharing a queen bed.

Your retreat includes five nights of accommodations at Kaaba Luum, meals and snacks, filtered drinking water, designated ground transportation, daily yoga and mindfulness practices led by Liz, on-site sound healing, a cacao ceremony, and other scheduled group experiences.

Airfare, travel insurance, spa services, optional excursions, baggage fees, passport or travel-document expenses, personal purchases, gratuities, and other personal or incidental expenses are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.

No. Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare to and from Mexico.

We will provide specific airport, arrival, departure, and flight-window information before you book your flights so you can coordinate with our included ground transportation. Please wait for Serendipity's travel guidance before purchasing airfare.

Yes. Designated ground transportation during the retreat, including our planned airport transfers, is included. To use the included airport transportation, follow the arrival and departure guidelines Serendipity provides. If your travel plans fall outside of our designated transportation arrangements, you may be responsible for arranging and paying for additional transportation.

Yes. Meals and snacks during our stay at Kaaba Luum are included, along with filtered drinking water.

No. We plan to offer opportunities to explore and experience the surrounding area, but optional excursions will be available at an additional cost. We will share more information as our itinerary develops. You are never required to participate in an excursion.

Spa treatments are not included in the standard retreat investment. Spa appointments and individual services are subject to provider availability.

Your $500 deposit reserves your space and is applied toward your total retreat investment. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Because accommodations are limited, we assign rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.

After your $500 deposit, your remaining retreat investment will be divided according to your selected accommodation:

Private Queen, Single Occupancy: Six monthly payments of $500.

Private Queen, Double Occupancy: Five monthly payments of $335 and one final payment of $325 per person.

Shared King Suite: Six monthly payments of $400.

We will automatically charge the remaining payments to the payment method on file on the same day each month, according to your payment schedule.

Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel on or before December 30, 2026, you may receive a refund of retreat payments made beyond your $500 non-refundable deposit. After December 30, 2026, retreat payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel after December 30 and we can fill your space with another paid participant, we may refund eligible payments less your $500 non-refundable deposit and a $250 administrative fee. We cannot guarantee we can rebook a canceled space.

Because unexpected circumstances such as illness, weather, flight disruptions, family emergencies, or other travel issues can occur, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance is not included in your retreat investment, but we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Depending on the policy you choose, travel insurance may cover trip cancellation or interruption, illness or injury, flight delays or cancellations, lost baggage, emergency medical treatment, and emergency evacuation.

You are responsible for researching and selecting the policy that best meets your individual needs.

Because this is an international retreat, you are responsible for having a valid passport and any other documentation required to enter Mexico and return to your home country. Travel and entry requirements can change, so participants are responsible for reviewing current requirements before departure.

Absolutely. Spaciousness is an intentional part of this retreat. Our time together will include scheduled yoga, wellness experiences, meals, and opportunities for connection, but there will also be time to swim, read, journal, enjoy the jungle, book a spa treatment, explore, take a nap, or simply do nothing.

We will collect information about dietary needs and relevant participation considerations during registration so that we can communicate appropriately with our retreat partners and help you prepare for the experience. Please let us know about any relevant needs or limitations as early as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to support our guests, we cannot guarantee that we can provide every dietary request, accommodation, or modification.
