Some weeks it is easier to move slowly and mindfully than others. There are times that it may feel nearly impossible to create the time or space to pause. Just remember that these are often the times that we need to embrace mindful existence the most. Put down your phone. Pause and stand in stillness for a moment longer. Breathe slowly and deeply. Allow yourself to simply be.
