Stand up tall with your arms hanging loosely at your sides. Allow yourself to take a few deep breaths in and out. Place a hand over the center of your chest. Feel your heartbeat and your breath move in and out of your lungs. Remind yourself that you are very much here and alive. When you are ready, move into the next moment in your day.
